Today was our 4th wedding anniversary! Time flies when you are having fun! I read that the traditional gift is flowers and fruit...so I got Pete and "edible arrangement." Oh my gosh...talk about worth it!! Some of the best chocolate covered strawberry flowers I have ever eaten!!! He sent me some gorgeous flowers at home today as well. We plan on some good family time this weekend to celebrate!
One of my favorite engagement pictures!
Our gifts to eachother!
Anniversaries are fun and all...but so is becoming a big boy!! :) Jackson got his big boy bed put together today. I worked hard all day getting the rooms situated. Thank goodness my Mommy came over for a few hours and helped me arrange furniture. I absolutely love both rooms!! Jackson loves his big boy bed...but it is 10pm and I am still listening to him rustle around. He's only come out once and I think he's still in his bed right now...so hopefully night #1 is in the clear!

Let me count the ways...
While I know I've mentioned how much I love my little Jackson ham...I just thought I would show everyone a few of the MANY reasons he makes my day everyday! The above picture is his handsome little smirk that I love more than anything!
Yesterday, I got a "wild hair" and decided it was the day to paint Jackson's room back to the regular house color in preparation for his big boy toddler room. He was such a big helper in pulling all the painters tape up...he LOVED it!! Made me smile!
I also have a little lawn care specialist from time to time!! We were over at Miranda's playing with the boys and she got this priceless shot after I washed him down!!
He LOVES to help unload the dishwasher. I'm hoping this is one of those loves that continues into teenage-hood! :) Wishful thinking...I know!
I went on a clean freak binge today and Jackson thought he would help me out by vacuuming the rug for me...such a sweet baby boy!
While I know these are common things for most...everyone who's a mommy knows that these are the things that will melt your heart for years to come. My kid even loves to pick up his toys!!!! Go figure!! I can't wait for his little brother to get here and add to the joy kids bring! Incase I never mentioned this before...I LOVE BEING A MOMMMY!!!
Sleepy lunch!
Just thought this was so cute. He was totally falling asleep, but still eating. I love him!
